About the role:The Principal Policy Adviser supports the Manager, South East to lead the development and implementation of strategies to drive and monitor Area Mental Health and Wellbeing Service transformation at a statewide level in line with the recommendations of the Royal Commission into Victoria's Mental Health System. The role involves developing effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders including Health Services and a range of program and policy areas within the department. To be successful in this role, you will be a high performing individual with strong leadership, analytical, problem solving, policy development and communication skills. • A tertiary qualification in fields related to public policy, health administration or business management is required.
