About the role
The Principal Project Officer, Project Management Office, is accountable for the provision of high quality and timely support and advice to the senior executive team of Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN). This role is a senior role in the Project Management Office and requires flexibility, adaptability and initiative as well as excellent problem solving skills.
The Officer will undertake complex data analysis and research activities including benchmarking and best practice exercises, as directed by the Chief Executive Officer and/or Executive Director Operations and/or the senior executive team.
The Officer will prepare high level Executive correspondence and synthesise strategic information to the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Operations such as reports, presentations, briefings and research papers.
The position will be responsible for leading the development, implementation and evaluation of policy, procedures and systems and will ensure the provision of high quality strategic responses to sensitive complex issues.

Essential Requirements:
- Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
