Form of workSE Advisor - Wind Farm Projects(Goyder SA)
Freo Group are seeking a suitably experienced HSE Advisor to join our team.
The position can be a either FIFO, DIDO or LOCAL, working a roster at our Goyder Wind Farm Project.
Working within a closeknit team, you will be required to use your skills and expertise providing HSE support to key stakeholders.
Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for but not be limited to:
The Role
- Participate in Tool box and Pre-Start Meeting
- Hazard and incident reporting
- Promote and drive safety programs
- Perform compliance and safety audits in line our safety management system;
- Weekly/Monthly safety reporting
- Perform HSE Investigations
- Provide advise/mentoring and coaching
The Person
- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience within a related position - in a similar industry
- Certificate IV in OHS/HSE
- Certificate IV in TAE (advantageous)
- Working knowledge of safety systems, especially those used on Wind Farm Projects (advantageous)
- Formal Safety Qualification
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
