Form of workThere is a need for an experienced Senior Project Manager with good communication skills and hands on stakeholder engagement skills to work with internal stakeholders, vendors and to support the executive management team in the transition to a new CRM solution (based on Salesforce) within a revised operational service delivery model. The Senior Project Manager will have experience in agile project delivery of a Salesforce (SF) implementation, with systems integration between SF and legacy system(s), data migration, identity and access management and business change, managing delivery almost entirely through external suppliers (contract management). Responsibilities: Manage, lead and coordinate the implementation, reporting, rollout and closure phases of the Financial Management Customer Relationship Management & Portal Project Provide comprehensive monitoring and reporting on the project to key stakeholders including project governance bodies and Executive Management to ensure effective implementation of project deliverables.
