The Role:
In this role you will work alongside an experienced recruiter and together you will establish our white-Collar Construction footprint. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and post-placement care. You will cultivate and sustain strong client relationships and proactively identify and engage top-tier talent, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
Your proven relationship-building skills, as well as your entrepreneurial spirit and passion for driving business growth will see you thriving in this position.

About You:
- Proven experience as a 360 recruiter in White Collar Construction
- Proven track record of success in recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
