Every day, we set out to design, build and innovate world class digital solutions that will transform how healthcare is delivered to patients across NSW.  The Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) program will provide a highly secure, holistic and integrated view of the care a patient receives across the New South Wales (NSW) public health system. It will transform the digital systems that NSW’s public healthcare workers use every day to deliver care. The SDPR is a next generation integrated electronic medical record (eMR), laboratory information management system (LIMS) and patient administration system (PAS). The program will replace the current nine eMRs, 10 PAS and five pathology LIMS in use across NSW Health. SDPR will be delivered across NSW Health through a partnership between Local Health Districts (LHDs), Specialty Health Networks (SHNs), eHealth NSW, NSW Health Pathology and other agencies. Come work with us We have an exciting opportunity in the Single Digital Patient Record, Program Delivery for a Principal Service Manager. Reporting into Platform Owner, you will be part of the team responsible to develop and implement the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) portfolio of business-aligned IT services through its lifecycle and service level management. Working closely with various stakeholders, you will represent the SDPR Service Owner and customer interests. and be responsible for onboarding and active management of operational SDPR service delivery activities. Health Manager Level 5, commencing salary from $161,042 – $180,143 per annum plus 11% superannuation. For more information, read the full Position Description What you will do As an integral member of the eMR Service team, you will:Lead the development of and assume responsibility for the SDPR Service Management function. Manage the operational adoption and alignment of ServiceNow, improve and deliver process management and ensure the effective transition from SDPR delivery to operational service. Delivering Service excellence through alignment and consistent use of NSW Health's State-Wide ServiceNow platform, utilising the Common Services Data model, Ideation, Demand, Service Request Catalog, Incident, Release and Change. Develop operational processes and drive continuous improvement. Maintain relationships with relevant NSW Health entities and other stakeholders in the development and maintenance of consistent, repeatable, and scalable product artifacts. About you The skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for in you are: Extensive experience and a record of achievement in leading a Service Management capability in a large and complex service environment, including relevant qualifications or equivalent experience. Extensive expertise and experience across multiple ITIL disciplines, such as Service Strategy, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement.Proven expertise in stakeholder management, negotiation, and presenting complex data to drive service enhancements Experience managing a large eMR support team is desirable but not essential. New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate (IM011 immunisation medical exemption form) certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW. Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
