St Joseph’s School is seeking a Principal to guide the school, parish, and local regional community towards excellence. We are looking for a passionate individual with a strong faith background and leadership skills to foster growth and development in our students and staff.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead as a spiritual guide within the school, parish, and local community, nurturing a culture of inclusivity and faith-inspired values.
- Drive continuous improvement in learning outcomes for all students through innovative strategies and effective leadership.
- Facilitate the formation and professional growth of staff at all career stages, from early career to experienced professionals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the parish, school stakeholders, and the broader regional community.
- Collaborate with regional Principal colleagues to contribute to system-wide and diocesan priorities.
- Ensure responsible stewardship of financial and capital resources, optimising their utilisation for the benefit of the school and community.

- Capable of managing diverse roles across various aspects of the school and local community, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
- Shows creativity and flexibility in responding to the needs of both local and external stakeholders, fostering productive partnerships.
