Mid-Western Regional Council are looking for the next Revenue Coordinator to assist the Revenue and Property Manager to manage and lead Council’s Revenue Teams in the accounting, modelling, raising and collection of Council’s rates and annual charges, usage charges, miscellaneous debtors and property administration.
To excel in this position an develop your career you will need to have
the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent qualifications or experience
- Extensive experience in a senior local government rating and revenue role.
- Experience in managing and leading small teams.
- Experience in debt recovery procedures.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced financial modelling skills.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Highly developed time management and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety responsibilities and a commitment to attending relevant WHS training.

The salary range being offered for this position is $3379 - $3803 gross per fortnight (dependent on skills, qualifications and experience) plus superannuation, a RDO every 4 weeks and long service leave after 5 years.
