Salary: $36.17 p/h + 11% super
Location: Chadstone campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.

The Technology Services department at Holmesglen is seeking a Printroom Digital Production Officer to join our team! In this role, you'll assist in providing quality copy/print services, finishing, and bindery work to meet the needs of our Institute and clients.
In addition, you will be operating and maintaining our high-volume digital printers/copiers and associated equipment will be central to your responsibilities. You'll ensure timely completion of all production tasks while upholding our Institute's standards of quality.
Additionally, you'll provide valuable support and information to Institute staff and clients regarding our Educational Media Services, including Printroom and audiovisual services. Join us in making a difference through efficient and effective document production!
ABOUT YOU
- Efficiently operate printers/copiers, including Fuji Xerox Nuvera 144, Fiery Rip & Job Submission, and Epson 9800 Wide Format Printer.
- Support high volume document workflow and wide format printer, including Fuji Xerox Freeflow/Makeready, DocuSP, Adobe & MS applications.
- Identify and report equipment/software faults, coordinate service calls, and assist maintenance/repair technicians or IT consultants.
- Perform basic maintenance/repair on document production systems and finishing equipment.
- Operate finishing equipment such as folding machines, guillotines, binding machines, paper drills, staplers, and collation machines effectively.
- Provide assistance and advice on finishing services to teaching/administration staff and clients.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, legislation, and safety standards.
