A Bit about Us.......

• Sunbury Physiotherapy exists "To empower our community to live their best life by optimising health and performance". We are dedicated to achieving the very best outcomes for our patients
• We have been around a loong time  ( >38 years)- this brings stability, but definitely not complacency!
• We are a large enough team to be a perfect learning environment with 10 physios with various special interest/post graduate training areas and 7 admin support members, but also small enough to be a close-knit team/ family that look out for each other.
• We have 2 locations providing variation in working environments. Our primary location is in Sunbury and the other location is in Gisborne within a medical centre.  Here you get to work alongside, and learn from, GPs and specialists.  The role will predominantly be located in Sunbury
• At our Sunbury location we also work in a multidisciplinary setting with podiatry, myotherapy, remedial massage and orthopaedic specialist professionals. 
• We have a big focus on culture and fun at work with regular social and team building activities.  You spend a lot of your time at work- we want it to be a fulfilling and enjoyable place to be.

• Our primary premises in Sunbury has recently undergone a major renovation. This brings a fantastic physical space to work, bright and modern, with a spacious, well equipped gym allowing end-stage, high level rehab.
• If you are Melbourne based,  Sunbury is an easy 25 minute commute, from Melbourne's northwest suburbs.

• Weekly development sessions with the clinical director - directed by the individual physiotherapist's learning needs/interests

• An attractive salary package consisting of a base salary of $110,000 p/a including super, plus easily achievable  bonus payments that are paid weekly, leading to an expected annual salary of at least $150,000.  There are also definitive pathways to progressively increase your salary over time
• Very flexible work hours - We genuinely care about work-life balance and you being able to pursue your passions outside of work.  The amount of hours is also flexible part time up to full time
