We are looking to hire PRM Tech Lead to join our team full time who will be working onsite in
Melbourne CBD. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-
functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and
strategy.
4-6 years of implementation and leadership experience in salesforce technical domains
o Development Life Cycle Management
o Identity and Access Management
o Integration
Hands-on Experience and good Knowledge across -
o Terraform
o Kubernetes
o Docker
o GitLab CI/CD pipeline
o Integration middleware
Knowledge of AWS cloud
Experience of build and deploy process
Implement technical solutions using best testing practices (eg. TDD). Knowledge in at least
one programming language and common frameworks related to it (eg. Java/SpringBoot,
NodeJS/Express).
Everything as code mentality and propose automation to increase agility
Automate everything: Experience implementing pipelines and basic scripting knowledge
(eg. Bash, Powershell, Python)
We build, we run: Provide production support, monitoring and incident response.
Participate in post-incident reports and propose improvements.
Knowledge on cloud services and infrastructure as code. Desirable AWS services and
Terraform knowledge.
Have a positive mindset, be adaptable to change and be able to inspire confidence
while motivating the team to achieve great outcomes.
Planning, designing, implementation and support of cloud-based platforms and
tools.
Managing cloud environments in accordance with enterprise security
architectures.
Employing exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify
opportunities before they become issues.
Building and designing, highly automated enterprise grade technology solutions leveraging a
cloud first and cloud native ethos.
Solid understanding of the practical use of emerging technologies as cloud native tools.
Experience and knowledge working with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with AWS services, orchestration tools (eg. Kubernetes or ECS) and Docker.
Familiarity with at least one modern programming language (Especially NodeJS, React,
Java/Springboot etc).
Good understanding of the UNIX/Linux/Windows operating systems.
Desirable: Full Stack Applications, Containerised environments, micro-serviced
architectures and understanding of enterprise architecture capabilities and architecture
gap analysis.
Experience working in agile environment.
Good communication and behavioural skillsets
