CARING SERVICES, PROFESSIONAL ETHICS PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation of process flow maps and standard operating procedures (SOP) for production processes
- Creation, maintenance, and review of position descriptions, organizational charts, and project
- Value stream mapping focusing on identification of areas of duplication, idle, and resource waste
- Analysis of process issues causing waste and assisting production and/or operational management
- Liaising with supervisors, managers and team leaders to establish work measurement programs
monitoring machine utilization and labor performance.
- Facility Layout Planning (FLP). Investigate and review factory utilization and planning of cell work
- Restructuring worker job functions and inspecting plant equipment to ensure optimum
- Establish safety standards and best practices for manufacturing machinery.
- Establish machine quality control and inspection protocols.
- Design mechanical equipment, components, manufacturing items, building facilities, and systems.
- Record and sample products to ensure measurements are in accordance
- Creating, maintaining, and implementing quality management procedures and documents, identifying
- Implement Maintenance Management (MEX software) at the facility. Define the
maintenance of the same instruments.
- Creating, scheduling, resource allocating, progress tracking, and reporting on a regular basis to
ABOUT YOU
- Recent Bachelors degree qualification in Process Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Possess strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to project manage
- Ability to work autonomously (self-management) and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-orientated with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Capable of managing multiple tasks, demonstrating flexibility, and effectively handling various project components.
- Excellent written, and verbal communication and presentation skills.
