Process Engineer - Food Industry

We're seeking a skilled Process Engineer to streamline our processes and boost efficiency in delivering fresh, delicious ingredients right to our customers' doors. This is a long-term in-house position, where you will play a pivotal role in implementing new processes & be responsible to proactively review them to ensure they meet the business' strategic goals.Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and refine production processes with the assistance of a technician.
- Analyse current operations and develop strategies to reduce waste and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with the culinary and logistics teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems.
- Monitor and optimise food processing and packaging techniques.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process design and operational efficiency, preferably in the Food Industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
