As we continue our journey in delivering the future operating model of Kmart stores, we are seeking a Process Engineer who will drive initiatives aimed at revolutionizing retail store processes. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of retail stores, enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiencies.
What you'll be doing
As a Process Engineer in Innovation working for Kmart you will:

• Ensure 'Future of Stores' project milestones are successfully delivered.
• Provide support to the business as a technical expert in Process engineering and process transformation
• Collaborate with multiple teams to identify opportunities for innovation and lead these initiatives through cross functional teams.
• Complete stores validation and testing prior to implementation.
• Develop and maintain great working relationships with key stakeholders to negotiate and influence change implementation
• Develop reporting tools to support new processes that have been developed for Kmart stores.

To be successful in this role you'll have:

• Experience as a Process Engineer with a strong background in retail or similar industries
• Proven expertise in previous innovation and large-scale transformation projects
• Demonstrated experience in process design and change management
• Expertise in data analysis
• Experience using human-centred design and Lean Six Sigma
• Ability to present data to support change initiatives
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
• A logical thinker who can apply new concepts and principles across a variety of innovations
