AddressKey Responsibilities:
- Build and lead teams within the pre-termination cell.
- Manage schedules, allocate resources effectively, and participate in recruitment processes.
- Coach and train operators
- Ensure manufacturing processes adhere to safety regulations and production requirements, including quantity, deadlines, quality, and cost
- Keen eye for process improvement and cost reduction
- Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure the safety of personnel within the production facility.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate the arrival of raw materials, and assist to facilitate the shipment of finished goods with the logistics team.
- Process leadership for product improvement, new product and technology introduction.
- Address production issues promptly and efficiently, including resolving technical problems and interpersonal conflicts.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or a related field.
- Experience in production of medium to large volumes of products.
- Knowledge and experience in Fibre Optics is preferred though not mandatory, and we encourage applications from candidates without this specific skill.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse production data and implement improvements.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage a team of technicians and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
