We are excited to announce an opening for an Internal Sales role within our Coopers Plains team. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this role offers a dynamic opportunity for a motivated individual to thrive in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Following up on quotations promptly and efficiently.
- Processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinating with our supply chain network to source required stock for customers.
- Providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs effectively.
- Collaborating closely with Account Managers to identify and capitalize on customer opportunities.
- Conducting stocktaking activities as necessary.
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- Prior experience in Technical Product sales or within the Bearing and Power Transmission industry is highly advantageous.
- Mechanical aptitude is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building strong customer relationships.
- A dedicated focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent phone etiquette and a drive for success.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
- Willingness to work unsupervised when required.
