Responsibilities
In this role, you will report to the Head of Supply Chain & Operations, and work with senior management to develop a lean strategy, conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and lead Process Improvement across Customer Service, Manufacturing and Warehousing.
You will be a strategic thinker and a practical “doer” who leads by example, is able to analyses data and turn that into practice improvements and communicates effectively across all levels of the business.
Demonstrated experience in leading improvements in either Manufacturing, Warehouse or Customer Service is required. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or digital automation is desirable.
