THE ROLE CSR have an exciting opportunity for a Process Improvement Engineer (Gyprock/Plasterboard) to provide leadership and support to our team in Yarraville, Victoria. The main purpose of this role will be to provide Improvements to the Production Lines for the Gyprock, Cornice, Plasters & Acrylics Production teams. For this role, you will have an Engineering background and worked in a similar role. Your role includes: Leading Lean initiatives and projects, including problem-solving and change management. Providing LEAN training and support to work area teams. Recognising achievements through Kaizen before and after documents and storyboards. Helping with capital expenditure justification and efficient commissioning of new equipment. Using Lean tools to streamline processes in Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale & Environment.
