Reporting to the Finance Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for a Process Management Officer to join our team.
The role and responsibilities:
Purchasing:
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure the quality and compliance of purchasing processes.
- Manage and co-ordinate approvals for all purchasing requests
- Maintain and provide support for our purchasing related systems
- Stay up to date with Group requirements and provide customer-focused purchasing support to stakeholders
Internal Controls
- Review and test defined internal controls for key processes defined by Continental Global Risk Compliance (GRC)
- Understand internal process to identify problematic areas and provide constructive suggestions to solve the issues or improve business process flow
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of all processes, workflows, and procedures.
