Your Team
This role sits within the Payments, Fraud & Scams Crew which is responsible for the strategy, customer experience, product, financial and risk management of Bankwest's payment mechanisms. The Fraud and Scams team is specifically focused on supporting Bankwest's customers who experience fraud or scams by ensuring we have the strategy and capability to maximise prevention and minimise customer and bank loss.
Do work that matters
The Process Manager, Fraud and Scams will report directly to the Executive Manager, Fraud Delivery. This role is integral to improving and transforming the processes that delivers improved customer experiences in an ever-evolving fraud and scams landscape. You will provide analytical and coordination support and work closely with stakeholders to provide insights and execute process improvements.
On any given week you will
- Provide analytical support for process and compliance reviews.
- Understand the business and your stakeholders so you can deliver outcomes that really matter to our customers and support the prevention of Scams and Fraud.
- Identify areas of improvement and confidently present these insights in an accessible manner to your stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple lines of business
- Co-ordinate governance and improvement activities with change and business teams.
- Track and optimize regular business and regulatory performance reporting.
- Key support to Executive Manager with the adaptability to manage adhoc requests.
- Address impediments, drive decisions, escalate as necessary.
