This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee a team of 6 responsible for managing allocated workflows.
- Develop, implement and maintain standard operating procedures to streamline operations.
- Build and lead a high-performing team through clear direction and support.
- Foster employee growth through mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively and manage performance to achieve goals.
- Analyze feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Generate daily and weekly reports on operational performance.
- Develop systems for tracking and reporting team and individual KPIs.
About You
This role will see you designing and implementing robust backend processes aimed at enhancing the efficiency of patient experiences. To be successful in this role, you will have a strong call-centre background within a leadership position and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven experience in operational management, preferably in a healthcare or customer service environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Proven ability to re-direct or change priorities as needed.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Zendesk or similar systems
