The Business Advisory Services (BAS) team
Our Business Advisory Services teams help organizations of all kinds redefine what's possible, give shape to the future-and get there. We focus on high-impact projects, meeting our clients where they are to uncover business needs and deliver results. Our teams go beyond the expected to help clients move confidently through ambiguity and risk and drive more transformative outcomes.
The role
We are looking for an experienced consultant with expertise in process excellence and process design across multiple industries. This professional will be an integral part of the practice to make a positive impact and driving complex solutions.
What You'll Bring
- Consultative approach to solving complex problems
- Strong expertise in process excellence and process design
- Experience in business processes mapping down to level 3 capturing inputs, outputs, and system/data requirements
- Familiarity with translation of process design, into formal system requirements that can be socialized with solution providers
- Communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively to target audiences
- Proactively seek information, challenge norms, and solve problems
- Strong experience in client-facing and stakeholder management
- Build trusting and collaborative relationships with your Slalom team and clients
