As a Process Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining all master data related to finished goods in SAP,
GS1 (Bar code generation system), and National Product Catalogue (NPC). You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, IT, and Warehouse teams, as well as external stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within our systems, enabling efficient operations and seamless customer experiences.

About The Role
The key responsibilities of the role will include, but not be limited to:

-Manage and maintain master data for finished goods in SAP, GS1, and NPC systems
-Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and relevant information is supplied and input into the system
-Work closely with external stakeholders, IT departments and within major accounts, to align data requirements and ensure compliance
-Identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies promptly
-Stay current with industry trends and standards related to master data management and implement improvements accordingly

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

-1-2 years proven experience in master data management, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing or distribution environment
-Proficiency in SAP and GS1 systems, with a strong understanding of data structures and integration
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
-Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with a keen attention to detail
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
