About the teamTo understand our merchandise business, we need to understand our customers. That's why you'll find us working across all business units at Coles Supermarkets, Liquor and Coles Local. Supermarkets is one of the largest teams at Coles, but we're a close-knit group that come from all over the world.

Support the Range and Space team in maintaining data integrity, through providing advice on process development, analytics, and ad-hoc reporting.
You will develop the range review schedule, provides insights and analytics on the range and space strategy, lead process improvement initiatives and communicate initiatives using confluence, emails, and monthly reporting.
You will also:
• Develop and maintain the range and change schedule and ensure it aligns with overall business strategy.
• Govern and identify opportunities in the range change schedule.
• Run the range review post implementation review process.
• Workload planning for the range and space teams based on the range change schedule.
• Continuously drive process improvement of range changes ensure excellent execution.
In this role you will have the ability to partner widely and build relationships with varied stakeholders. With a great focus on attention to detail and strong communication skills this role will provide genuine impact in the work you will do. You will also need:
• Previous process creation or project creation experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience to project planning and strong administration skills.
• Exposure to range and space would be highly regarded.
• Developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated capability and prior experience developing and delivering technical training.
