Form of workFMR Investments has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Process Supervisor to join the close-knit production team at the Greenfields Mill processing facility in Coolgardie.

The Greenfields Mill Gold processing facility is a 1 Mtpa process plant based at FMR investments Coolgardie operations. We have a 3-stage crushing circuit, three ball mills, gravity circuit and a CIP circuit.
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a safe, production driven Processing Supervisor wanting to join us on our journey.
This supervisor position is offered on a residential basis working to an 8 / 6 rotating roster of day and night shift reporting directly to the Operations Superintendent.

You will be Responsible for:
The day-to-day running of the processing plant with a team of process technicians as direct reports
Ensuring a safe working environment is maintained and that the plant is run to FMR standards.
Identifying and implementing safety and production improvements
Completing suitable investigations into any incidents that occur
Planning training and diversification of skills for your crew
Providing support, guidance, and direction to your team
Required skills and experience:
Demonstrated experience in a processing plant environment, leading operating teams or extensive experience at the step-up supervisor level and looking to move into a fulltime role.
Unwavering approach to safety leadership
Ability to build relationships with key stake holders such as maintenance and technical personnel to ensure compliant optimum plant performance.
Extensive experience in an operational processing plant environment
Control room, Isolation, and/or Permit to Work operational experience.
Prior experience with the operation of heavy mobile machinery (forklift, telehandler, skid steer, overhead crane)
Unwavering approach to safety
Strong time management and problem-solving skillsets
Strong soft skills across the Microsoft Suite of software
Schedule 26 (of WHS Mines Regs) training
Relevant High Risk Work License
Minimum WA unencumbered C class drivers’ license, or above
Must reside within the Goldfields region for our residential operation.
We are offering a permanent position 8/6 roster 12-hour day with an attractive remuneration package. Transport will be provided from Kalgoorlie
All successful applicants require a current National Police Clearance and the ability to pass a full pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
Applicants must also have the right to work and live in Australia.
