AddressMoondarra Cheese is a growing cheese manufacturer in Dandenong South. A family-owned company operating for more than 20 years, we are the number one manufacturer of flavoured retail cream cheese products supplying all major supermarkets and export markets. We operate 24 hours, 5 days a week and have a fantastic team of people who are the lifeblood of the business.
About the role
We are currently seeking several Process Workers / Packers to join our fast paced, high care food production environment on a casual basis in Dandenong South.
These positions are available as an immediate start and working from Monday to Friday.
For Day Shift working times are 6:30am to 2:30pm
For Afternoon Shift working times are 3:00pm to 11:00pm
The roles will involve working as an integral part of a team on fast-paced production lines performing a range of duties including inspecting cheese as part of quality control, general production work of loading cheese into pockets and/or coating cheese with ingredients and packing finished product into boxes.
To be successful in this role you will be expected to have:
- Previous experience working for a food manufacturer.
- An ability to speak, read and write in English is necessary.
- An ability to work up to 8 hours per shift, and have the flexibility to work at short notice.
- Basic numeracy skills are a must to read and understand detailed packing instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 10kgs.
- MUST have your own steel cap boots
- Stable transport arrangements

- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent personal presentation and motivation
