Processing and warehouse workers!

We have a client located in Bendigo, VIC that will welcome anyone that is committed to work as full training will be provided. Whether you are a school leaver or looking to re-enter the workforce, there’s a spot for you.

  
We are looking to fill multiple roles in both AM and PM shifts at a state of the art poultry processing facility.
Positions are currently vacant for both Processing and warehouse roles. Previous experience is not necessary as full training will be provided.
  
About the role:

• Monday – Friday rosters (with occasional Saturdays)
• 38 hours available per week with some overtime available
• Ongoing temp to perm transition  

Duties may include but not subject to:

• Machine operation and observation
• Operating an electric pallet jack to move loaded pallets and boxes
• Packing whole birds or pieces
• Palletising packed product for collection
• Hanging live birds
• Computer operating

To be considered for these roles, ideally you will meet to be the following;

• Be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
• Reliable and have good communication skills
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and movements.
• Able to lift up to 20kg.
• Have own accommodation within the Bendigo region and transport (Public transport not an option due to location)
• Ongoing full Australian Work Rights
• Looking for long term work commitments
