Procurement Administrator
This newly created role, for a not-for-profit charitable organisation is supported by a team of procurement specialists. This organisation is seeking a Procurement Administrator to support the procurement team and stakeholders during a key period of change.
Key responsibilities of all the roles will include:
- Provide advice to stakeholders on procurement contract matters, including the use of central contracts, contracting procedures, policies and practices.
- Ensuring contractual obligations are met so that work is completed on time and according to budget.
- Review supplier compliance and increase maturity through use of new compliance technology.
- Implement change management strategies to facilitate user adoption of the new system and comprehension of revised processes.
- Evaluate current systems and processes in Procurement, proposing enhancements and modifications. Formulate and execute improvement strategies as necessary, ensuring effective implementation.
- Acting as the point of contact for all contract related queries from subcontractors and all other external stakeholders.
- Ensuring contractual obligations are met so that work is completed on time and according to budget.
- Excel in managing supplier relationships.
Successful applicants will require:
- 2 years procurement experience.
- Experience in Technology One System & Procure to Pay automation.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and build effective partnerships.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Permanent Residence or Australian Citizenship.
