Primary Role / Responsibilities
- Liaise and develop relationships with our suppliers for best pricing
- Ordering and management of material, supplies and sundries
- Liaise with staff for purchasing requests.
- Improvement of the procurement processes through standardisation of material master data and databases.
- Work closely and support sales team enquiries to delivery best outcome for our clients.
- Accurate data entry into Jobman for cost reporting
- Reconciling of purchase orders and billing
- A high level of accuracy in the checking and processing of purchase orders
- Organise logistics for local and International freight
Skills
- Knowledge of Jobman preferred but not essential.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with MYOB
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Work independently and autonomously.
- High attention to detail
- Enjoy laughing with a team player attitude
