About the role:
As part of the newly created Procurement Hub, the Coordinator is responsible for execution of end-to-end procurement activities for the Infrastructure Services Sector BUs. This includes from collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to define procurement needs, supplier engagement, managing and executing sourcing activities in adherence to the procurement processes.
This position is based in our North Sydney office, with flexible working arrangement (working some days in the office/ from home).

What you'll be doing:
- Manage and execute End-to-End procurement activities including:
- Procurement Planning
- Supplier Engagement
- Supplier Training and Guidance
- Purchase Recommendations
- Providing Feedback to Suppliers
- Producing Purchasing Documentation. (Contracts and Purchase Orders)
- Expediting and ensuring on time delivery of required goods and services
- Information Management
- Make Safety first as the culture in the way to conduct tasks
- Report on problems or areas for improvement
About you
- Relevant degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience and proven track record in procurement and sourcing in a relevant industry (i.e., Facility Management; Building & Construction; Resources; FMCG; Utilities; Government; Manufacturing)
- Familiarity with procurement management systems (i.e., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Etc)
- Strong negotiation ability with suppliers and stakeholders
- Knowledge of project management principles is advantageous
- Experience/Capability in the use of the following preferred:
- Ariba, Coupa, or other E-Procurement tool
- MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
