Procurement Engagement Manager

Job Title: Centralised Procurement Coordination (CPC) Manager
Location: Melbourne
Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 Base Salary + Super + Car Allowance + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the comprehensive management of centralized projects, with a focus on sectors such as ambulance services, military procurement, and non-hospital clients, including building contractors.
• Collaborate closely with the regional sales team to instigate and sustain state contracts for public hospitals.
• Actively search for and attract centralized projects, spearheading the Company's participation in such initiatives.
• Negotiate Company involvement in centralized projects across various levels, including engagements with Regional Government, Healthcare Departments, and end users.
• Collaborate with internal teams on centralized project preparation and realization, encompassing product selection, commercial offer preparation, and installation coordination and oversight.
• Drive the refinement and profitability of the sales plan through the creation of operationally viable and effective programs.
• Analyze market information, including competitors' activities and customer requirements, to maximize business opportunities within the realm of centralized projects.

Qualifications:

• Formal qualifications in business management are highly desirable.

Experience:

• A minimum of five years of sales experience in the Healthcare Industry, demonstrating expertise in dealing with high-level customers within strategic accounts.
• Preferable knowledge of clinical areas and equipment in Invitro Diagnostics, Patient Monitoring, Life Support Devices, and Ultrasound.
• Customer service focus, committed to delivering exceptional customer service
• Effective communication skills, demonstrating clarity and conciseness tailored to the audience.
• Strong attention to detail and written skills for documentation and communication, both internally and externally.
• Commercial acumen, applying knowledge in a practical, commercial manner.
• Teamwork ethos, displaying a willingness to assist and support others as required.
• Time management and organizational skills, accomplishing objectives within given timeframes and efficiently carrying out administrative duties within the portfolio.
