Procurement Manager

The Role:My Client is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Procurement Manager to lead and rejuvenate our procurement team during a significant period of growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust leadership qualities, capable of managing both day-to-day operations and multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities Include:Managing daily business operations while overseeing various projects. Managing the procurement function of the businessDevelop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organisational objectives. Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and supplier selection.

Monitor supplier performance and address issues or concerns as they arise. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
