As a Procurement Manager, you will:
- Partner with stakeholders to plan, develop, source, and manage procurement arrangements.
- Work within cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Manage a team of procurement staff, including work allocation and performance management.
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for various projects.
- Conduct business needs assessments and commercial risk assessments.
- Develop and implement procurement plans and strategies.
- Manage the tender process, including contract negotiations and award.
- Prepare and manage contracts, ensuring effective handover activities.
- Maintain comprehensive supplier performance management plans.

**About You:**
You have strong experience in procurement planning, governance, and reporting within a complex organisation. You possess excellent analytical and organisational skills, with commercial experience in construction and professional services. You hold tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, or equivalent relevant experience.
