We are seeking to recruit a Procurement Coordinator at National level, who will be tasked with providing administrative and reporting support to the Procurement Manager and National Procurement Team.
This role would suit a confident self-starter, who has excellent administrative skills with a background in procurement / purchasing, advanced computer skills who is highly organised and can work within a diverse culture.
About the role
This role will be based at the businesses head office, located in Ingleburn. Duties will include:
- Communication with suppliers, internal sales and wholesale sites on supply and orders.
- Raising purchase orders and reconciling invoices and receiving schedules.
- Creating reports on costing, receiving schedules and stock take.
- Investigate queries on receivables and quality.
- Other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
About you:
You have strong communication skills, both written and oral. You are skilled at managing tasks efficiently and have a high level of emotional intelligence.
You will also have:
- Prior knowledge or training within procurement / purchasing or skills in creating, processing & tracking purchase orders.
- SAP experience would be advantageous.
- Ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships.
- High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
- Sound numerical and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously.
