Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Procurement Specialist join our award-winning team in Archerfield, Brisbane. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.
As a Procurement Specialist you will deliver specific category activity in Hastings Deering Procurement. The Procurement Specialist is accountable for implementing category management strategy, strategic sourcing activity, contract performance management and strategic relationship management to successfully deliver safe, effective and efficient outcomes for the Sime Darby Industrial group.

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- Understanding of the End-to-End Category Lifecycle
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Category Management / Procurement Function
- Specialist knowledge and application of controls, policies and procedures within a large organisation.
- Advanced stakeholder management across all areas of our business
- Comprehensive knowledge of Procurement market engagement techniques, negotiation skills, contract development and management.
