Responsibilities
Provides direction and leadership in the development, testing and release process for one or more packaged gaming products or product suites. Works with creative and technical leadership to determine and support the creative vision, technical structure and overall product plan for new products or enhancements to existing products. Coordinates development resources, assets and staff; creates, implements and monitors schedules and budgets to ensure that game components are created and delivered on-time and within established resource constraints. This creative individual will lead a diverse development team to envision and guide the product from concept to release, partnering with the Project Manager on the development cycle, ensuring tasks and milestones deliver products that can achieve measurable success with our customers, internal partners, and players globally.
Qualifications
- Has good knowledge of several aspects of IGT's organization / processes / workflows / online gaming products
- Has in-depth knowledge of the gaming industry; experience in localization project as added advantage
- Has in-depth knowledge of / skills in one ore multiple areas of:
- Game design
- Flash based client server development
- Online / software games production / development
- Project management
- 5+ years of project or team lead experience in product development in the games industry and/or casino gaming
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Building collaborative relationships
