What you'll do
- Deliver excellent customer service and provide quick and excellent outcomes
- Provide timely and accurate information on Everyday Banking enquiries, account openings and processes via telephone and/or online channels
- Demonstrate the ability to listen, build trust and ask the right questions to exceed customers' expectations and improve customer outcomes, resulting in excellent customer feedback
- Contribute to a team culture that is balanced across people, customer, risk and performance
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and proven customer service experience with demonstrated ability to connect with customers and find solutions
- Ability to demonstrate strong technical skills and have experience navigating multiple systems
- Excellent verbal communication skills - listen, build rapport, and communicate complex information
- A high level of resilience and empathy and the ability to adapt to change
- Previous call centre experience is desired but not necessary. If you have a passion for serving customers, we will train you in the rest!

- $56,500 base salary + 10.5% super + loading (on applicable shifts) - Note that this salary is in reference to full-time hours 37.5hrs.

Hours and Training
We are recruiting for Part-time positions across the following shift pattern:
Option 1: 24 hours per week, 6.5hrs/d- Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday - Start Window - 7am - 11:30am
A 'start window' means you that you can be rostered on to commence your shift during these times. This roster will be provided at least 4 weeks in advance.
We provide 7 weeks full-time paid training, Monday through Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm before you move into your shift pattern. The initial 7 weeks of training will be full time onsite classroom style training, including high support training to ensure you are appropriately skilled and set up for success in this role
Please note that we are unable to cater to any holidays during the training period.
What do you need to work from home?
This is a hybrid role and will allow you to work from home 2-3 days per week, however, there is an expectation for you to be onsite and connect with your team each week. To successfully work from home, you will need the following:
- Home phone line or VOIP connection
- Internet connection
- You will be provided with a laptop, however you will need to have dual screens, keyboard, mouse and webcam
- Ergonomic set up with desk and chair in a quiet, private space
