We have a vacancy for a permanent full-time Product Admin Assistant working from our Gold Coast office with an immediate start preferred. Our office hours are 8 am–4.00 pm Monday to Friday AEST, excluding public holidays.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a Product Admin Assistant to join our growing team, working predominantly on creating and maintaining product listings across our ERP and E-commerce systems.
THE ROLE:
- Work collaboratively with Planning and E-commerce team members and the wider organisation
- Creating and managing product listings on various systems, including creating codes, collecting product information from various external stakeholders and photography
- Supporting the planning and E-commerce teams with stock replenishments and other administrative duties as required.
- Support the execution of E-commerce initiatives.
ABOUT YOU:
- Strong time management and attention to detail, you thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP systems, E-commerce back end tools, Magento experience preferred, not required.
- Excel knowledge.
- General computer proficiency.
