Administrator (Product)

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and capable administrator to assist our Head of Product Development at our Hallam office.

You will be assisting & supporting the Head of Product as required, and with administration duties relating to product sourcing and development. As such, daily tasks will vary. To be successful in this role, you must be flexible, a multi-tasker, can think on your feet, a problem solver, and have excellent time management and communication skills.
Your key administrative responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Setting up new products, managing product specifications & details (including creating product codes, barcodes)
- Communicate product updates to relevant team members.
- Coordinate product samples & deliveries to relevant team members and overseas suppliers.
- Maintain CMS (product descriptions in wordpress), and online shop tree.
- Product Compliance – assist with the compliance analysis (using analyser platform)
- Assist with packaging specifications, AR Logos, and designer briefs.
- Proof-reading – online, printed material and packaging
- Product sales reporting (Qlikview and Phocus)
- Coordinating product promotions
- Writing briefs for design team
- Ensuring up to date, accurate information is transferred to all relevant departments.
- General ad hoc tasks including errands and PA duties.
Ideally you will have:
- Excellent time management and planning skills.
- Have meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel (pivot tables and v-lookup).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
- An interest in art, craft and creativity is desirable.
