Job Description
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business and customer requirements and define functional specifications for software solutions.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications.
- Identify gaps between business requirements and existing systems, and propose solutions to bridge these gaps.
- Work closely with product managers, developers and other partners to ensure that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet agreed requirements.
- Ensure that solutions are tested thoroughly and meet business and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, use cases, test plans, and
- Develop and maintain user manuals and integration guides.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve solutions to ensure they meet changing business needs.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst in a product/SaaS driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business requirements and propose solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners.
- Knowledge of the product development life-cycle. Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience with management tools and methodologies, such as JIRA, Product Board, Agile, Scrum or Kanban.
