As our Formulation Scientist you will be responsible to ensure that the existing and new recipes across the ANZ factories are fulfilling the Mars standards and legal requirements at best possible costs.
You'll work collaboratively with Product Development, raw material technologists, Q&FS, commercial & SQA to ensure our products are fit for purpose. As the Formulation Scientist you will be part of the R&D Department and will play a key role in ensuring our consumer insights and business needs are translated into a bill of raw materials (recipe) which respects individual factory peculiarities and constraints at best possible costs thus meeting the defined business model while ensuring compliance to legal and Mars Quality standards.
