The company and roleOur client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of premium Automotive and Industrial Mechanical Power Transmission. With growth plans afoot, this global organisation is seeking a passionate go-getter to help increase their retail product footprint across the country. This exciting opportunity is for motivated go getter to take on the role as Product Development Coordinator and join a highly experienced and cohesive team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Provide technical information and advice re the performance of products
- Analyse market gaps and research new products and new product applications
- Assist with sales and marketing strategies to support business vision and growth
- Assist Customer Service Department
Your key skills and competencies will include:
- A background in automotive parts, an advantage but willingness to learn is essential
- Have a versatile approach to your work with the capacity to quickly adapt to new situations
- Be an excellent communicator with oral and written communication skills.
- Approach problems not as obstacles but as an opportunity to provide solutions
- Have an analytical mind and exceptional attention to detail
- Be committed to working autonomously within a supportive team environment
