The Role
- Product Support: Assist in the execution of product strategies that support the Customer Operations and Candidate Match crews.
- Customer Understanding: Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify needs and opportunities for product improvement.
- Business Acumen: Help apply principles such as budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, and market research to make informed product decisions that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Analytical Tasks: Conduct data analysis to inform product decisions and identify trends.
- Communication: Foster clear and effective communication within the team and with your journey team and wider business.
- Action-Oriented Support: Assist in driving team initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and execution.
- Value Focus: Contribute to creating valuable product solutions that meet customer needs.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance product management skills.
- Assist with Metrics: Help establish and track basic key performance indicators to measure product success.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work with your Journey team to support cross-functional goals and initiatives.
You
- Proven Experience: Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst, preferably in a tech or software environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Preferred knowledge of the recruitment industry and B2B SaaS fundamentals.
- Analytical and Organisational Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Initiative and Drive: A proactive approach with the willingness to take initiative and drive projects to completion.
- Data Analysis Proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g. Lookups, Indexes and Pivots in Google Sheets, Looker dashboard and look creation) is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to contribute to product strategy and ensure alignment with company objectives and customer journey stages.
- Continuous Improvement: Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
