About the Role
Reporting to the Business Leader, Implants, this is a fantastic full-time permanent opportunity for an energetic marketing professional to be a part of the world’s largest manufacturer of professional dental products to manage a premium, market leading portfolio in the dental industry. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Product Manager to take ownership of the Implantology portfolio and deliver exceptional results.
This is a diverse role that will provide you with the opportunity to utilise your breadth and depth of product management and marketing skills. You will cultivate KOL’s and provide support and information to internal and external stakeholders. You will be the key local interface for the global manufacturing division and will work closely with them to ensure our local market requirements are met. As an integral member of the Implants commercial team and broader marketing team you will foster collaboration across portfolios and identify prospects to leverage business potential. An essential aspect of this role will involve partnering with the sales team to ensure success. You will spend substantial time in the field gaining an intimate understanding of our customer's needs, and coaching and mentoring the sales team to ensure their comprehensive product knowledge and assisting them to drive business results.
This role will involve travel across ANZ and participation in trade shows and clinical education sessions outside of standard business hours. About You
To be successful in this position you will have tertiary qualifications, preferably in marketing, business or healthcare, and will be able to demonstrate:

Primary Objectives
- Responsible for growing sales and market penetration for dental Implants through competitive analysis and development and tactical execution of the ANZ marketing plan and selling tools
- Responsible for all content relevant to the assigned product portfolio including but not limited to catalogues, brochures, advertising, presentations, training support, social media etc.
- Responsible for providing direct product support to the sales team.
- Responsible for effectively managing inventory levels, minimising excess and obsolete stock (E&O) for assigned product portfolio in collaboration with the Operationsteam.
- Tender preparation and involvement in the tender process to develop relationships that will enable Dentsply Sirona to become the preferred supplier.
- Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation.
- Effectively assess new product introduction offerings and successfully launch new products relevant to the Dentsply Sirona ANZ portfolio.
- Provide in-field product coaching to both internal and external stakeholders, as required.
- Partnering with Digital Implants and Training Specialist, ANZ to ensure Sales Representatives are suitably trained in the product range. This involves regular reviews of training material to ensure accurate and current content. It also involves delivering training in a variety of ways to ensure effective learning – this includes but is not limited to: face-to-face training, e-learning delivery, webinars etc.
- Work in collaboration with QARA team to develop/maintain robust complaints and product issue management processes (to ensure that product designs are suitable for the ANZ market, and customer complaints are resolved effectively and quickly).
