The Job:
As a Product Manager, you will be a key member of our Marketing Team working in a Hybrid working environment. Reporting to one of our Group Marketing Managers, your role will focus on managing product-related decisions with a focus on profitable and sustainable growth of the assigned product portfolio.
Your duties will include:
- Developing and maintaining a market database for your assigned product lines, including market size, share, competitive offerings, and retail pricing.
- Crafting a product plan that meets top-line and margin objectives.
- Leveraging data to track key product performance indicators and drive business decisions.
- Conducting market research to understand customer and market requirements for your product portfolio.
- Maintaining and communicating up-to-date price lists.
- Presenting product plans at relevant ANZ meetings and maintaining strong relationships with EMO Product Managers.
- Championing new product launches and maintaining product roadmaps.
- Developing new product forecasts

- Proven experience working in a marketing role within a corporate environment, ideally for around 3-5 years.
- The Ability to think strategically and drive business growth
- Creative presentation and communication skills.
- Commercial acumen to design savvy promotions and plans.
- An action-oriented and proactive approach.
- Problem-solving abilities, flexibility, and adaptability.
- The ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
