Our client is a global leader specializing in diagnostics including Acute Care, Transfusion and Autoimmunity. Due to continuous growth, we are searching for an experience Product Manager in Sydney, leading a team of two established Marketing professionals. The is a full-time, permanent opportunity.
Role / Description
Exceptional opportunity for an experienced Marketing professional to join an innovative diagnostic company with a strong presence in Australia. The successful Product Manager will lead a team of two established Marketing professionals, accountable for marketing throughout the Oceania region with a strong focus on Australia and New Zealand.
Working closely with the global marketing team, you will analyse local marketing needs aligning requirements with the company's objectives. Responsibilities will include coordinating local marketing plans, creation of advertising and promotional materials, communicating with sales team and stakeholders, developing budgets with GM and Finance and acting as a liaison between local and global marketing teams.
Due to the nature of this role, we require an established and competent marketing professional with demonstrable experience in the Pathology / IVD space. Previous experience in pathology point-of-care, biochemistry and clinical chemistry is also highly regarded.
This role has a flexible set up working between company head office and home. You will be required to travel through ANZ and Oceania, spending time in the field with employees and stakeholders, developing strong valuable relationships. Therefore, it is essential you have strong experience in the Pathology / IVD space and can confidently lead this marketing segment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous marketing experience in IVD/ Pathology/ Scientific Industry essential
- Strong understanding of marketing practises within ANZ and Oceania
- Experience leading or mentoring junior or experienced marketing teams
- Highly competent in the laboratory / clinical setting with relevant networks
- A proven marketing professional with high levels of integrity is a must
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Life Sciences or Marketing
