Established in 2014, it has developed a market leading B2B SaaS product to help companies consult with workers at scale on their experience of work and how to improve mental health outcomes in workplaces.
About the Role
FlourishDx is looking to add a Product Marketer (between 0.6-1.0 FTE) to their growing brand and marketing function. Reporting to the Head of Brand and Marketing, you will play an important role contributing to high quality leads for our sales team.
With established marketing channels of website (and landing pages), podcasts, social media (focus on LinkedIn), EDMs, webinars, and live events, there are many options for the right candidate to leverage different mediums to help customers and prospects understand the value proposition and choose to work with FlourishDx.
We will be hosting our first annual industry conference in Sydney in June this year, with ~400 in-person and ~200 virtual delegates expected. THE Psych Health and Safety Conference (https://psychhealthandsafetyconference.com/) will be a terrific opportunity for the right candidate to be involved in creating a lasting brand impression. As such, the candidate must be willing and able to travel to Sydney once a year for one week to support the conference.

Key Responsibilities
- Developing marketing messaging for specific customer segments based on ICP
- Creating prospect journey maps and associated marketing messages at different prospect stages
- Define product USP’s and develop brand positioning across multiple products
- Working hands on to develop marketing and product collateral including writing copy or working with design team to develop creative
- Devising and implementing channel marketing communications
- Ensuring all marketing activities are undertaken in line with corporate branding guidelines
- Working with the Category Managers for the communication of all product updates, range additions and/or new product introductions
- Working with the Sales team to develop strategies and campaigns that align to Commercial business goals.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a product marketing role
- CRM management and reporting
- Basic audio and video editing skills
- Attention to detail is essential
Highly Desired Experience/Qualifications (non-mandatory)
- Tertiary qualifications are desired, but not mandatory
- Event planning/coordination
- Preference for internal experience in corporate marketing function (rather than agency experience)
- Preference for B2B marketing experience and working with associated channels (e.g. LinkedIn)
- SEO/Adwords
- Basic WordPress skills
- Marketing automation in a CRM (e.g. ActiveCampaign, MS Dynamics)
Working Conditions
The office is based in Technology Park, Bentley (across the road from Curtin University). End-of-trip facilities are available in case you like to ride to work or have a workout during the day. Plenty of free parking is available and there are good public transport links.
The office has a great vibe with talented workers who are also very friendly and supportive.
Further Details
This is wither a permanent part-time (3-4 days/week) or full-time role and is based in our Bentley WA office. Hybrid work options may be available depending on the applicant.
