AddressWe are looking for someone passionate about marketing to join the small but growing Marketing Team at this leading Australian Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The Marketing team supports a diverse portfolio areas of our business - from traditional conveyor products and services to intelligent conveying technology and our expanding sustainable mining initiatives.
In this role, you’ll be involved in the planning and roll-out of marketing campaigns, with a focus Conveyor Products & Solutions (part of the Fenner Conveyors Group in Australia). Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will see you:
- liaise with stakeholders across the business to turn project or product information into compelling marketing materials for customer-use
- write news stories, editorials, and media releases for the Fenner website and industry publications
- support sales & marketing cohesion by managing marketing leads in our CRM
- work with the broader Fenner Conveyors marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
About you
You’re a marketing professional with 2-3 years of experience in copy writing, graphic design, and campaign execution. Experience working at or with an OEM or within the Mining or related industries is highly favourable.
You are diligent in accomplishing tasks, managing time efficiently and cross-checking feedback has been actioned. You will be given the opportunity to show off your creativity while staying on brand for the business.
We’re looking for someone who has a can-do attitude and offers innovative marketing ideas. Someone who can work autonomously, but is also a team player and is confident communicating with colleagues and stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in a marketing role (min. 2-3 years).
- Degree level qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or similar.
- Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite to create marketing collateral (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong copywriting skills and excellent attention to detail
- Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience using CRM software (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred)
- Competent using Microsoft Teams and the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
