About the role
As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Product Marketing Manager in delivering high-performance results and ensuring executional excellence. Your focus will be on contributing to the long-term growth and sustainability of the portfolio, delivering solutions for consumers and partners, and assisting in achieving portfolio P&L targets.
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing a deep understanding of user behaviors, motivations, and frustrations within the portfolio category.
Support the development of portfolio strategies and executional plans based on category, consumer, and channel insights.
Aid in the development and execution of impactful channel activation strategies.
Assist in overseeing portfolio life cycle management and creating captivating product stories based on insights.
Collaborate with various business functions including Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance to support portfolio objectives.
Contribute to the development of the portfolio roadmap and assist in ensuring alignment with project execution.
Assist in monitoring portfolio performance trends and identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Support the delivery of portfolio plans on time and on budget, driving ongoing improvements and innovation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a relevant field.
6+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with exposure to B2B and B2C environments preferred.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Effective communicator with the ability to develop compelling product stories.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for understanding user needs.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret consumer insights and financial data.
