We're currently searching for a Product Owner/Technical Business Analyst with a focus on our API and Third-Party Integrations to join our growing team in Brisbane,
Queensland.
Our Product Owner will influence and guide our products which are used by thousands of people every day. You will become an expert in the use of our products, particularly as they relate to our API Market Place and third-party integrations.
You will help to ensure the product continues to be developed according to specifications and standards, meeting customers’ needs, and conforming to both web and desktop environment's UI/UX design standards.

As a Product Owner, we'll call on your unique talents, skills, expertise and experience to:
- Analyse the market and gather feedback from developers and partners to better define a roadmap for API and third-party integrations
- Plan and drive the development of third-party integrations
- Execute API projects and ensure customer satisfaction
- Use your uncanny ability to discover, distil and distribute the details
- Optimise our workflows and improve User Experience across our product suite
- Facilitate effective stakeholder management, creating positive relationships with stakeholders through the appropriate management of their expectations and agreed objectives
- Translate technical specifications into requirements
- Undertake software analysis and design
- Undertake team backlog and iteration planning
- Support the product planning processes
- Test and QA reported bugs and issues and define solutions
We believe our ideal applicant will demonstrate the following attributes:
- 2+ Years in a Product Owner, Technical Analyst and/or Business Analyst position, working on technology-centric projects
- Ability to identify opportunities and risks, as well as problems, inefficiencies and inconsistencies, and propose solutions that drive demonstrable improvements
- Experience reviewing and translating technical specifications into user requirements
- Be an open book, sharing your knowledge and ideas to help grow our customers and our teams
- High order skills in written and verbal communications, reasoning, judgement, strategic and analytical thinking and inquisitive questioning
- Top shelf skills in MS Office and experience with tools generally used in product delivery
- Passion for making our customers' product experience as amazing as possible
- Post-secondary qualifications in IT
- Flexibility to travel locally and domestically
